Type of Waves:
This board is built to go fast in waves waist high to well over head beach of reef.
This is an updated version of the swallow tail that Skip outlined for me for a surf trip to Indonesia in 2001. Probably the most contemporary shape I have in the smaller board models. It paddles well and is extremely fast down the line, but because its narrower with more curve in the outline, you can be really aggressive with bottom turn, top turn surfing.
