Rail:
Rolled up in the front, down in the tail
Rocker:
I leave little more rocker throughout this model than my other boards for added turning abilities.
Bottom Contours:
Slight concave from nose to tail, with a little double barrel vee in the tail.
Glassing:
6+6 Deck, 6 Bottom
Fin Setup:
2 FCS sides with center box
Type of Waves:
Clean beach and reef waves from waist to double over head
Josh's comments:
This is one of my other comp style boards. The difference of this board and the HP1 and DTNR is the fuller outline in the nose. The same outline as the HP2 with a lighter glass job, down rails in the tail and a 2 FCS plus one box set up. Great all round comp board with more focus on the nose than the tail. The diamond tail has more drive through the turns than the square tail because it doesn’t have that break point like the square tail has, making for a much smoother turn.
